------------------------------------------------------- Product / Company Profile ------------------------------------------------------- Founded in 1981, Data Accessories Corporation (DAC) is a leading designer and manufacturer of high quality computer and office accessories, ergonomic solutions and organizational products. Amongst the company's product lines are full ranges of copyholders, environmentally safe computer care products, wire management kits, micro and portable computer accessories, advanced monitor filters, ergonomic accessories, and an expanding assortment of organizational products. Many of the company's products feature advanced ergonomic design and many of the company's products are unique or patented. In 1991 the company initiated an aggressive program of new product introductions, aimed at bringing to market, a new generation of "own design" products which focus on "an end user orientation, high quality, and market sensitive pricing". DAC’s program of new product introductions brings to market on average between 15 and 20 new products each year. New generations of “own design” products focus on “ease of use, high quality, and market sensitive pricing.” DAC's products are packaged in state-of-the-art, full color, retail display packaging. DAC packaging centers on maximal full color graphics and features product descriptions in four languages. Featured languages are English, French, German and Spanish. In 1999 DAC packaging was awarded a gold and a silver medal at the bi-annual Canadian National Packaging Show, followed by a silver medal in 2001. DAC is considered industry wide, to be a manufacturer of high quality, upscale computer and office accessories. DAC service and fulfillment levels are amongst the best in the industry with fill rates approaching a constant 100%. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- International Marketing Activities -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Established in 2003 DAC Europe is the groups’ platform into the European marketplace. With offices and warehouse in the London area DAC Europe is responsible for all sales and marketing within the European Union and Eastern Europe. Currently DAC products are available in more than 40 countries on a non-exclusive basis. Internationally DAC products are sold to key commercial and retail accounts, major OEM accounts, major distributors, and large mail order vendors. DAC products are available under the DAC brand or as part of an OEM “own brand” program.
